Code 3®, Inc. introduced the Wingman Flex series — an exciting evolution of our current Wingman interior light.
The Wingman Flex series utilizes a universal curve so that it fits all common police sedans. The Wingman Flex comes in three different lengths, long, short, and mini, ensuring that there is a version that will work for any department. One of the great new features of the Wingman Flex series is that it is compatible with our new Central Controller board. The Wingman Flex series uses exceptionally bright Torus™ LED technology.
The slim design of the Wingman Flex series ensures that the unit is virtually undetectable from outside the vehicle and gaskets along the edges eliminate flashback making this unit a perfect match for the SuperVisor Flex front interior light for undercover vehicles.
Along with the 3 size options, the Wingman Flex series can be configured with single color, multicolor, or multi/single color combinations as well as Central Controller or Independent Flashing, and can be ordered with internal wiring allowing it to be controlled by a NarrowStik Controller.
The Wingman Flex series is 12VDC and there is a 5-Year warranty on the Torus LED Modules. The Wingman Flex series can be ordered with Red, Blue, Amber, or White lightheads. The long version is 43.00” L X 1.38” H X 8.00” D and weighs 7.5 lbs., the short version is 22.13” L X 1.38” H X 8.00” D and weighs 5.5 lbs., and the mini version is 11.25” L X 1.38” H X 8.00” D and weighs 4 lbs. A set of universal “L” brackets are included and optional vehicle specific brackets for pursuit rated sedans (Charger, PI Sedan, Impala, and Caprice) require no drilling. The max current on the long version is 11.3 amps, 6.6 amps for the short version, and 3.4 amps for the mini version.
